It is compulsory all stands, materials and waste, including carpet tape, must be removed from the hall by the designated times listed below. Any waste or exhibits left in the hall after this time will be disposed of at a cost to the exhibiting company.
Please note contractors and couriers may not collect from the hall after the designated breakdown times.
Build Dates
Please ensure that your contractors are aware of these times and plan accordingly to these working hours.
IMPORTANT: All exhibitors must book an unloading time slot via the NEC event delivery system. Information can be found here. This time slot must be booked prior to arriving onsite for build up only.
Space Only Heavy Lift Move In – Please note that we require that heavy machinery is set-up as early as possible on build-up day (Monday 28th October). If you require a forklift service on site, this must be pre-booked. Any waste or exhibits left in the hall after this time will be disposed of. The cost of this disposal will be charged to the exhibiting company.
Please ensure that your contractors are aware of these times and plan accordingly to these working hours.
No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the hall during the build-up and breakdown period.
· All shell scheme stands exhibits and displays must be removed from the hall by 2100hrs on Thursday 31st October.
· All space only stands must be completely clear of the hall, including waste by 1000hrs on Friday 1st November.
· You are not at liberty to dismantle your stand before 1630hrs on Thursday 31st October and if you do so you will be asked to stop.
· Please remove personal effects or small and valuable items from your hired furniture and stand as soon as the exhibition closes to prevent any losses or damage during the breakdown period.
· Clearing of the stand by the official deadline is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor, including stand waste materials.
· The Organisers reserve the right to charge waste and storage fees for exhibits/stand fittings, which have not been removed by the deadlines listed.
